Choose from the menu below to be served at your location (within 30 miles of Buhl). Minimum charge of $150 for small events.

Self Serve Catering
Would you like to serve our delicious smoked meats and sides yourself at your event? With self serve catering, we provide the food and you do the rest. Per guest price includes meat entree(s), choice of salad, choice of bread, 2 side dishes, and a dessert, ready to serve in disposable foil pans. We do not offer beverages or table service for self serve customers.

a la carte (By the Pound)
Many customers, especially those serving very large crowds such as weddings or reunions, prefer to self-serve our delicious smoked meats as an entree with their own side dishes and desserts. This is a very cost-effective way to serve events with high attendance. Price will vary on a case-by-case basis due to fluctuating supply prices and event specifics. Please inquire for a current quote. Not available for all meats, as some meats must be served as fresh as possible for maximum quality.
